At CHD, we’re proud to support Adopt a Grandparent, because we believe in the power of companionship, and the positive impact it has on the older generation.
Connecting with and ‘adopting’ a grandparent creates meaningful relationships that enrich the lives of both the volunteer and the older person.
As a care group, we’re continually working towards ‘Creating Happiness Daily’ and ensuring our residents are empowered to live meaningful, independent and fulfilling lives, which aligns perfectly with Adopt a Grandparent’s values.
Through this wonderful charity, we hope to join the effort to eliminate loneliness on a global and permanent scale.
