Paul Adams
Paul Adams, a safeguarding specialist with 32 years in law enforcement, specialises in major crime investigation and interview techniques for vulnerable individuals. Post-retirement, he continues his mission with the National Crime Agency and Surrey Police, prioritising the safety of vulnerable children and adults as a Public Protection Advisor. As an approved foster carer for over a decade and founder of a children's fostering charity, Paul is dedicated to improving outcomes for children in foster care. He is the owner and Director of Say So, an independent peer reporting service empowering care providers to address workplace concerns early, reduce risks, and elevate standards in the care sector. Paul is also a Director of the newly established community Interest Company, Jealotts Hill Community Landshare project, which encourages the elderly and vulnerable in the community to get involved with the innovative horticultural initiative. Paul ensures all of Adopt a Grandparent's activities are done safely and with the appropriate safeguards in place to keep all adopted grandparents safe.
