Helen has supported Adopt a Grandparent since 2020 and has a background spanning over 10 years in care. Working alongside Shaleeza and Michelle, she plays a key role in driving our growth and impact.

Helen is also the Head of Communications and Transformation at CHD Living, an award-winning, family-owned and operated group of care services comprising residential facilities, specialist rehabilitation centres and a domiciliary care operation.
