Sarah Skuse

Sarah is a corporate property lawyer with significant experience of advising health, social care and senior living clients (private, public and not for profit organisations) on real estate matters.

Her practice includes advising operators, developers, funders and investors on business and asset transfers (acquisitions and disposals), development work, the property aspects of refinancing matters and various leasing structures all with associated funding arrangement

Before converting to law, she worked in care homes, hospitals and other health sector bodies in a variety of strategic and operational roles, including in national project management.
